My process:
I. Book the date.
Kindly complete the contact form on my contact page and I’ll get back to you to confirm or suggest the next available session. Once booked, I’ll send through a contract, invoice, and a short questionnaire. This helps me get to know everyone a bit better before our session—especially if little ones are involved!
II. Take the photos.
Session day. We will meet at our chosen location or in your home & capture some beautiful memories. Time to have some fun!
III. Deliver the memories.
Grab the tissues and relive your session through my eyes! You will be emailed your digital gallery to download. This is usually 3 weeks after our session.
FAQ
What if it rains on the session day?
I photograph outdoor sessions in all weather conditions except rain. If it looks like rain has set in, I’ll decide on the session day whether we need to reschedule. We can move to the next available date, opt for a sunrise session, or capture beautiful moments indoors in your home.
How long does it take to get our images?
I deliver all galleries within three weeks of your session. You’ll receive an email with access to your online gallery, along with a text message as a reminder in case you don’t check emails frequently.
When is payment due?
When you book in, your booking deposit is due to be paid so your date is locked in. The remaining balance of your chosen session is due 7 days prior to your session.
What happens if we get sick?
If you or your little ones are unwell on the day of your session, I’m more than happy to reschedule. The same applies to me—if I’m feeling unwell, I’ll let you know as soon as possible, and we’ll find a new date. I would never attend a session while sick, especially when working with a newborn. There is no fee for rescheduling.
Will you retouch my images
The short answer is no. I dedicate hours to editing your images to maintain the signature style and cohesive look of my portfolio. I do remove minor blemishes like pimples, scratches, or noticeable bruises, but I don’t offer extensive Photoshop edits or image manipulation. If you require high-end retouching, I can provide a separate quote for that service.
Do you refund if I can't attend our session?
If you need to reschedule your session, please reach out as soon as possible. I completely understand that unexpected things can come up and am happy to find a new session date within one year. Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable.
